Good day caring-heart family

We sincerely hope that you are all doing well, is spite of trying times. We are all affected by the power and water problems, but we keep our eyes focused on the Lord and we keep counting our blessings.

So many new projects that were planned in 2022 came to fruition in the first months of 2023, and many doors that we prayed for were opened!

**New Beginnings’ upgrades on the outside have been completed, and is a different building from what it was before…

**Maluti FM is still gracing the airwaves from the premises.

**Meals on Wheels is in the process of moving their operations to work from the beautiful, revamped kitchen. Hot meals will become a reality again in the near future. MOW Bethlehem is also collaborating with kitchens in other towns and QuaQua, to become satellite branches of Bethlehem MOW.

**New Beginnings is now housing some mothers and children in distress, some elderly care is done, and a few spectrum toddlers are trained to prepare them to join the tutor centre. A team of therapists are involved in all of these special needs sections, and all these will be extended to full capacity soon.

**Move 500 has taken off at a speed – this is the project that will make all the other projects possible. It will work as follows:

1. Schools, churches, NPOs and businesses are requested to encourage their members/parents, etc. to move R500 of their monthly meat budget to buy from the More4Less food outlet. Please look out for further information in this regard.

2. The profit of these sales will be shared 50/50 by the entity and ChangeNetSA. The entity can boost their income, and ChangeNetSA uses their share to help the community through different initiatives, like New Beginnings and the other platforms.

3. Participation in this drive will also lead to loyalty benefits for the participants, the details of which will be explained in a following communication.

**ChangeNetSA has also initiated a drive to improve our town, firstly by helping our people, which is our Divine and heartfelt calling. Our town is, however, falling apart, and we are also going to address that in the typical ChangeNetSA fashion. We met with André van Pletzen from Kroonstad, the drive behind them winning the “Dorp van die Jaar” competition of kykNET, on 18 February, and have our plans ready. Other like-minded people in Bethlehem are joining our initiative. Please look out for information in the social and main-stream media. See our website blog on www.changenetsa.co.za for the latest news and stories of hope.

** On Saturday 4 March the staff of ChangeNetSA organised a surprise founders’ meeting, where the different sections of the community brought honour to Justice and Anita for their vision in founding ChangeNetSA. It was held to commemorate the first public presentation about our organisation, in the very same church hall, on Justice’s birthday (9 March) four years ago.

**Due to the sad passing of the owner of Hartland petting zoo, we negotiated to move the animals to New Beginnings. We are in need of infrastructure to house the animals – if you have cages or fencing in good condition that is unused, please consider assisting us to accommodate the animals.

The impact of ChangeNetSA in our community is now unstoppable and growing daily. The participation of the community is amazing – God is truly using the community to do His Kingdom work, of which the above list is only a fraction of our total impact.

We thank every person or entity for your willingness to join us in fulfilling God’s commission.

Be sure to call or Whatsapp any of these leaders to offer your talents or to obtain more information about any of our projects: Leon Badenhorst (082 777 1776), Retha Pretorius (083 602 0343) or Justice Scott (061 534 2311).

With heartfelt greetings from your caring-heart family.
